Montenegro remains a traditionally important strategic market for Alkaloid
Representatives of a high-level government delegation from Montenegro, led by the Minister of Health, Dr. Vojislav Šimun, including Branko Krvavac, Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister of Montenegro, and Aleksandar Bogavac, Director of HI Apoteke Crna Gora Montefarm, paid an official working visit to Alkaloid AD Skopje, with the aim of strengthening cooperation.
The visit, hosted by the Chief Executive Officer and MB President, Mr. Zhivko Mukaetov, provided the delegation with a comprehensive insight into the company’s nine decades of successful operation and development, its financial performance, business activities, as well as its manufacturing capabilities and product range.
Discussions focused on the company’s strategic priorities, including its strong export orientation, ongoing capital investments, social responsibility initiatives, and its long-term commitment to sustainable growth and global market differentiation. Particular emphasis was placed on the potential to strengthen cooperation between Alkaloid AD Skopje and institutions operating under the Ministry of Health of Montenegro, including PHI Apoteke Crne Gore Montefarm.
Montenegro remains a key and longstanding market for Alkaloid, where the company maintains a continuous presence through its broad portfolio across the pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, botanicals, and chemicals segments. Its established presence and strong brand recognition contribute to a stable market position and foster trust among consumers and partners alike.
This official working visit by the Minister of Health of Montenegro represents a valuable opportunity to further enhance cooperation and explore new avenues for synergy between Alkaloid and entities in the Montenegrin market.
