The Annual shareholders assembly of ALKALOID AD Skopje was held on 30.03.2026. 

All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public notice were adopted at the shareholders assembly.

According to the decision on use and distribution of the profit gained up to 31.12.2025 the dividend amounts in net 648.00 denars, or gross 720.00 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 14.3% compared to dividends paid for 2024 on net basis. Commencement date of dividend payout is 13.05.2026.
